Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanyang Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Double Five festival, in the fifth day of May of the annual lunar calendar, is a collection of worship, pray for evil spirits, celebrating entertainment and food as one of the folk festival.
The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional cultural festival popular in China and other countries in the cultural circle of Chinese characters.
It is one of the four traditional Chinese festivals, along with the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival
The custom of eating Zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival has prevailed in China for thousands of years, and has become one of the folk food customs with the greatest influence and the most extensive coverage of the Chinese nation, and has spread to Korea, Japan and Southeast Asian countries.
